Professional – Our professional representatives and highly trained stewards work for you
- Your representatives are full-time CLAC employees who are trained in labour relations, skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, and can answer all your questions on member rights and benefits. They will regularly meet with management to address your concerns and advocate for you.
- Your stewards are co-workers who serve as a link between your workplace and the union. CLAC provides labour relations training to its stewards, so they can answer your questions and resolve day-to-day concerns
