3 Easy Steps
1. Sign a Petition Card - Request a petition card from a CLAC representative or organizer. Fill out, sign, and return the card to a CLAC representative or organizer. Your card is completely confidential.
2. Educate Others - At least 45 percent of your colleagues need to sign a petition card for us to apply to the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board to be your union. Encourage your co-workers to participate and make an informed choice.
3. Vote Yes - Once we have enough petition cards signed, the labour board will conduct a secret ballot vote for all eligible employees. If over 50 percent of those who cast a ballot vote in favour of representation by CLAC, we become your union!
